Bio

Wj (Bill) Bies is a professional photographer, originally based in New York City.  Bill is a graduate of Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, California.  Additionally, he attended New York University Graduate Film Program.  Bill has a total of 20 years in commercial photography and film production experience. 

In 2008, Bill began to show his fine art photography with a solo show in NYC.  Since then his work has been shown in several art galleries and exhibitions.

Bill’s photographic approach is to capture and preserve a moment in time and, if possible, define that moment with an emotion or a memory.
